Leadership & Strategic Intervention

“Leaders set the highest standards, are the most resourceful, act in love and care the most in the group”

- Anthony Robbins

“The challenge of leadership is to be strong, but not rude; be kind, but not weak; be bold, but not bully; be thoughtful, but not lazy; be humble, but not timid; be proud, but not arrogant; have humor, but without folly.” – Jim Rohn

Leadership

Leaders Are Influencers who manage their own state effectively, understand the nature of their inner workings and internal blueprint, find unique innovative ways to add value, make critical decisions at critical times, solve problems creatively, and are the most resourceful individuals. We all have the capacity for leadership. It is important we harness the right principles to become effective leaders.

Managing Your State

If we want to influence ourselves we must find what is first influencing us and what may be influencing the other. The way that we move our bodies and physiology is impacted by a number of factors, sleep, hunger, distraction, sex, fear, survival.

A true leader is able to harness state management and make the highest and best decisions regardless of their emotional state. This is both an art and a science. However it is absolutely essential.

Having worked with seminar participants from all over the world, as participants and graduates of Anthony Robbins Unleash The Power Within, walking across burning hot coals, and leading others to walk across burning hot coals, we can help you manage your state for personal and professional effectiveness.

Managing Your Internal Blueprint

Managing your internal drives, emotions, and desires, is probably one of the most underrated aspects of Leadership.

Invisible forces shape our emotions, our behavior, our decisions, and our action. Many of the ancient masters, and heroic leaders of the past have accounts of being guided by an “Inner Vision” or “Force” This force is our internal blueprint. It can be combined from a number of dreams, experiences, pains, hurts, regrets, loves, hates, joys etc.

Our blueprint tells us often what we will focus on, what events mean, and what we will do. Effective leadership is about being able to direct your blueprint to the right aims and outcomes, and helping others you work with do the same. Our consulting and coaching is world class in helping you guide your internal blueprint.

Strategic Intervention

We give credit and attribution for our Strategic Intervention methods, which we attained from Robbins Madanes RMT Training via The Robbins-Madanes Center for Strategic Intervention.

Mission: The Robbins-Madanes Center for Strategic Intervention is dedicated to promoting greater harmony and effectiveness in social systems ranging from families to corporations, and to government and nongovernmental organizations.

About: “Anthony Robbins and Cloé Madanes joined forces in their effort to find solutions to interpersonal conflicts, to prevent violence and to contribute to the creation of a more cohesive and civil community. Their vision is to develop the field of Strategic Intervention integrating elements from a variety of social science, business and political perspectives, in order to form a unified field of strategic practice. A Strategic Interventionist navigates a variety of scenarios ranging from individual problems to those of the family, the peer group, the organization and the larger social system. The basic tenet is that individuals, relationships, organizations and community can be directed toward positive change through the strategic planning of skillful interventions. The field of Strategic Intervention will encompass: human needs psychology, strategic therapy, social action therapy, direct and indirect negotiation, the third side, Ericksonian therapy, structural family therapy, life-cycle theory of business organization, mediation and conflict resolution techniques, organizational psychology and community organization.”            - The Robbins-Madanes Center For Strategic Intervention http://www.robbinsmadanes.com
