Communication (Influence, Perception, Service, Sales) with oneself and others is the only way value is exchanged and problems are solved. If you have the greatest idea in the world, but you only tell your computer or four walls, you cannot advance or profit. Likewise if you mis-communicate your value, you aren’t seen as valuable. While we have more channels of communication open ever in human history, many of us have lost the art of HOW to communicate. We must first learn to better communicate with ourselves, and then master our communication with others in order to gain market share.
